The quirky room layout was cool, and the heated towel rack in the bathroom was a lovely surprise! Worth mentioning that the restaurant served excellent food at reasonable prices.

Close distance to the city center, comfortable and powerful showers, well-lit parking area
Creaking beds really need attention!!! Noise disturbances from other guests can make sleep difficult!!! Improving cleanliness in bathrooms would significantly enhance the experience!!! Weak water pressure in showers is quite disappointing!!!

Nice vibes but some hiccups
We had a decent room but the experience was kind of mixed. Reception was fun and chill, but we got the wrong key at first! The bed made weird noises, and stains on the covers weren’t cool. Plus, only one power key? Come on! Restaurant was nice, though, pretty good meals. Just needs better rooms.

the hotel staff were super nice and welcoming, and the shower was excellent. the location was good for my needs, right near a big retail park. my room had tea n coffee facilities, which was a nice touch. it was clean and tidy, and i appreciated having access to a large car park, even if i had to pay for it. overall, it was a decent place to crash for a couple of nights.
the room was pretty basic and small, and i had to pay for parking which was kinda annoying. also, there was no breakfast option, and the bed could have been more comfy.

The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that worked really well. I liked having a mirror above the desk which was super handy for getting ready. The shower was small but had great water pressure, really refreshing! The only downside was that the bed was pretty creaky. it kept waking me up. the atmosphere was cozy, and everything felt neat and tidy.

Families may want to think twice.
The staff were super friendly and helpful! I mean, they even had drinks available at reception, something to elevate the experience, right?
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but what do you expect?

Couple seeking decent stay
The food at the Italian restaurant in the basement was surprisingly good we had some solid meals there the service was friendly and attentive. The sound isolation in the room was impressive even being near a busy junction we hardly heard anything at night.
It was not inexpensive but still acceptable.

Exceptional staff and cozy room!
I was truly impressed by how friendly and accommodating the staff were during my stay. My room was nicely decorated and had a powerful shower, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day exploring the area. I did find having to collect tea and coffee from the reception a bit inconvenient.

The incredibly comfortable single room faced the main road but was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. A major highlight was the shower, which had excellent temperature control, enhancing the overall experience. the welcoming staff were very helpful and made check-in and check-out seamless. Although there were no notable negatives during my visit, the proximity to a shopping precinct allowed for convenient access to food options right outside. A memorable aspect was the availability of fresh air through an open window, rather than relying on just a fan.

What a rollercoaster!
We only stayed for one night but man, what a mix! The check-in lady was super friendly, but we got sent to an occupied room, which was wild! The new room was creaky and the AC was pretty bad. Eating at the bar was nice though. Just wish we had more than one key!
